To say that Nintendo has been riding quite a wave of momentum would be an understatement. After E3, it seemed like the company has been represented in a positive light once more and, as a result, traffic has been directed to Nintendo itself. One of the many points to talk about is how the Wii U has been improving in terms of sales. It's a tremendous story, of course, and it is one that I am sure Internet marketing companies can draw a great deal of attention towards.
One of the initial factors that I took notice of was the release of "Mario Kart 8." It probably didn't hurt that it came out shortly before E3, which only helped to swing the momentum in Nintendo's favor. However, reviews came out for the game and, across the board, they were absolutely glowing. The fact that many reviewers believed "Mario Kart 8" to be the best installment in the franchise a game that can only help Nintendo's recent stock rise to greater levels.
What about the other pieces of content released for the Wii U beforehand? While I did not see the software itself as much of a problem, what did prove to be something of an issue was that the games seemed to come out at such a slow pace that many gamers didn't want to bother with the system to begin with. To them, it was more worthwhile to wait for either more titles or a price drop. E3 was Nintendo's time to shine, though, as various Internet marketing companies can agree with.
Content is critical in various businesses, amongst them firms such as fishbat. With this in mind, Nintendo took to E3 in order to announce a variety of titles for its platforms, Wii U specifically. It's important to make note of this because, as stated before, the number of games has been rather thin for the console. Nintendo has to make the most out of E3, which is exactly what happened here. It's a strong move to support and I am sure that many Internet marketing companies feel the same way.
Of course, with Nintendo having such a great showing at E3, one has to wonder where the company can go from here. Personally, I feel like the company has the ability to sustain its own momentum over the course of 2014. There's much in the way of competition to speak of in the video game industry, so Nintendo has to be especially competitive in order to stand out. I am confident that Nintendo can carve a niche for itself, provided it lives up to the promises it made during E3.
