Finding Custom Trade Show Displays

Exhibitions and trade shows are a great way to get people to learn more about your business. While social media and other promotional methods can be effective there is something people appreciate about talking to people directly about a business and what they have to offer. A good way to get more people coming to you are custom trade show displays.

The reason getting your own display is important is so your company stands out. A lot of people will be at exhibitions. With everyone at their tables it can be difficult to see how one company is different from another. This is especially the case at specialist trade fairs. It can be hard to gauge the difference between one fishing supply company and another.

Space is not the only consideration. Your budget will be a factor as well. However with that budget you need to consider true value for money. If you are likely to get a lot of footfall then you want to get the full benefit from it. Another practical factor is the amount of people who will be working at the display. Ideally you want at least two people for obvious practical reasons such as eating or going to the bathroom. You ought to have seating for at least the two people working there and ideally have something for a potential customer sit down should you need to talk to them in depth or show them a presentation.

Whether or not you get your own booth will depend on your budget and the space available. With a larger budget you can build your own modules that people can sit inside, add screens and so forth. If there is not much room available then you will not be able to put in a booth. However a pop up display can easily be constructed around a table and there is the additional benefit that they are relatively simple to break down at the end of the day.

This is why when choosing custom displays you need to consider the frame. If you go to a lot of exhibitions over the course of a year something that is lightweight is good for easy transportation. However there is also the issue of ensuring that the frame is durable which is why a lot of manufacturers tend to use a lightweight steel for the frame.

In either case the right kind of frame for a booth or display is important. Steel is usually best. Some companies will say their frame will be more durable while others will market more on lightness. If you travel around a lot then a lighter frame will probably be the better option. In either case it is important to have something that is guaranteed and works in terms of keeping your display area held up.
