What Is Keyword Marketing?

By Amar Khan

How do you use keyword in your content? If you have never given any thought to the words you use to describe your site or blog, you should start working on developing a better keyword marketing campaign.

Your pages will rank higher in search results and you will get a lot more visitors if you describe your content with the right keywords. Making a list of all the keywords you would use to describe your products or services is not enough.

You need to figure out what kind of keyword sentences your target audience uses. Perhaps your customers or clients do not use the same technical terms you are used to. Besides, your clients or customers might add keywords related to their location to their search.

If you want to make a lot of money with keyword marketing, you should be able to identify buyer keywords and get into the so-called keyword conversation or what the searcher is thinking about when he or she typed the keywords. Buyer keywords are simply those keywords which tell you that the searcher is ready to buy.

You should instead focus on placing a few keywords in your title tags or use them to describe your images thanks to alt tags. If you have links on a page, make sure you use strong keywords as anchor text. Overall, the keyword density of your page should not exceed 5% so every keyword has to count!

These tips should help you determine which keywords are used by your audience. Place these keywords throughout your content and you should soon get more visits.
